Blood Orange Sangria Mustard Blend

Fruit and mustard, really? Unequivocally yes! The juicy tang of blood oranges is smoothly married to spicy brown mustard. Red wine adds richness, and creates the ‘sangria’ effect. Add just a bit of fresh cracked pepper and you get the spice. This is a mustard blend you will become addicted to!

While our mustard blends can be used in traditional ways, on sandwiches or as dips with pretzels, we want you to also think in terms of using them as agents in great cooking. Use this to create sauces with a hint of citrus goodness. We like this to baste shellfish, especially shrimp, while cooking on the grill. It is also fabulous with grilled chicken or pork.
