Exotic Ginger Curry Mustard Blend
10 Fluid Ounce Jar
The zesty ginger and curry we add to this blend become undertones in this sweet & slightly spicy mustard. The effect is an artful balance of uniquely composed flavors. Even non-curry lovers will be impressed with this vibrant exciting mustard.
This mustard won a Gold Medal and Grand Champion (Best of Show) in the 2011 World-Wide Mustard Competition!
We love to use this mustard in chicken salad, or as a base for exotic sauces. We also like to brush it on chicken, pork chops or seafood along with some bread crumbs and bake in the oven. Of course, it is fabulous on a sandwich, hot dog or on a burger too!

Deviled Eggs

I bought your ginger curry mustard at Castoro winery in Paso Robles CA and it sat on my shelf. I was making deviled eggs for Thanksgiving and was out of "regular" mustard. So I used your ginger curry and my deviled eggs were a huge hit. Everyone is asking for the recipe but I just made it up on the spur of the moment. THANKS, it will make great gifts in the future.
