Herbes de Provence Olive Oil - 12.7 Ounce Bottle

This versatile olive oil is infused with the distinct herbal fragrance of the South of France – bright floral notes of rosemary, thyme, sage and oregano – making a light, fresh and rich finishing oil.

It is hard to do better than just dipping crusty bread in this oil, but you will miss so much if you do. We like to make aromatic salad dressings, or it is a great light substitute for heavy sauce on pasta, or simply drizzled on freshly grilled meats – think chicken or lamb! One of our favorite bits of creativity is to toss our Herbes de Provence Olive Oil with red potatoes and slow roast them in the oven. Yum!
