Passion Fruit White Balsamic Vinegar - 6.0 Ounce Bottle

Pureed exotic passion fruit is fused with imported Italian white balsamic vinegar creating an intense sweet blend of alluring flavor. This is our most intoxicating flavor and will transport you emotionally to a South Pacific island!

'White' balsamic vinegars are produced similar to traditional balsamic vinegar, but are cooked at low temperatures to avoid darkening. The flavors are similar, but white will tend to be less sweet and less syrupy. We think white balsamic has a cleaner aftertaste. Many foodies use white balsamic with lighter color foods, dressings and sauces without discoloring.

This vinegar makes a lovely vinaigrette – blend with lemon juice and olive oil for a light dressing – ideal for salad greens or over sliced avocado and mango. We also suggest making a reduction by reducing over medium heat and brushing on salmon, halibut or shrimp while grilling or baking. Of course, it is amazing simply drizzled over cheeses, vanilla ice cream or berries!
