Pear White Balsamic Vinegar - 12.7 Ounce Bottle

Our Pear White Balsamic is perhaps our most loved product, for good reason. It has the sweet subtle goodness of real pear juice, and is light, clean and elegant on the palette. The pear flavor shines but does not overwhelm.

'White' balsamic vinegar is produced similar to traditional balsamic vinegar, but are cooked at low temperatures to avoid darkening. The flavor is similar, but white will tend to be less sweet and less syrupy. We think white has a cleaner aftertaste. Many foodies will use a white balsamic with lighter color foods, dressings and sauces without discoloring.

This vinegar is ideal for use in a vinaigrette and a crisp leafy salad or for use with a fruit salad – the delicate flavor of the pear will add brightness to it. Mix with olive oil, garlic and spices for a light marinade for chicken, pork or fish. Drizzle over cheese for a tantalizing appetizer or dessert – better yet drizzle on ice cream, seasonal berries or melon slices!
