Three fabulous fresh ingredients, one delicious gluten-free pasta. This is a combination of flavors any pasta lover will enjoy. The spinach and basil provide the deep green color, but it is that combination along with garlic and black pepper that creates magic on your palette. For a low-fat heart smart option, drizzle one of our olive oils, such as Sundried Tomato Olive Oil, or our Roasted Garlic Balsamic Dipping Oil. We recommend you also toss in some grilled veggies, some Italian sausage or yellowtail tuna to further enhance your meal. Enjoy! Nan's Gluten-Free Pastas are made with rice flour. Xanthan gum, an all natural plant extract, is used to bind the rice flour and the natural pureed vegetables, spices and herbs. The result is delicious pasta which needs nothing more than a drizzle of olive oil or butter to be intensely satisfying.Note: We have a mix & match bundle where you can choose any three gluten-free pastas for $33 - saving $3! Our gluten-free pasta packages are all 12 ounces, and will serve three to four.

I already ranked this a 5. Here is how I cooked it: Prepared noodles as directed on the package. In a large pan, sauteed diced tomatoes and corsely cut mushrooms in butter, added two tablespoons cream, a splash of Nan's rosemary and garlic olive oil, frozen grilled chicken and tossed with the noddles. It took about 20 minutes and it was outstanding!!!!!!

Went gluten free about 6 months ago to help my childs diet and found positive changes in me. I've been trying to make homemade gluten free noodles . .forget it. Regular rice noodles you get at the suppermarket for spaghetti makes a gluten free dieter give up on pasta. I've not yet tried the other gluten free noodels from Nan's, but this one is EXCELLENT. It is the best gluten free noodle I've tasted. Read "wheatbelly" and then buy this noodle; you will be glad you did.
