Our Hatch Green Chile Fettuccine is the mildest of our chili pepper pastas - our Habanero Linguini is much hotter. Hatch green chilies have a cult following and are famed in New Mexico. This pasta is mildly spicy with the essence of flavor being the flame-roasted chilies. We round out the flavor profile with oregano and parsley.
We suggest nothing more than a drizzle of a sun-dried tomato olive oil (like our Sundried Tomato and Harissa Oil) or our Kettle Roasted Jalapeno Oil for a heart-healthy and easy dish. For something more complex, toss in some roasted vegetables and black beans, or some grilled chicken. Adventurous cooks will want to add their own tasty cilantro pesto!

Our pasta packages are all 12 ounces, and will serve three to four.
Nan’s pastas are all hand-crafted and made with 100% durum semolina. At the time the pasta is being made all-natural flavor elements are added to the dough – from pureed vegetables to herbs and spices. The result is delicious pasta which needs nothing more than a drizzle of olive oil or some butter to be intensely satisfying.
