Spinach Basil Garlic Fettuccine
Three fabulous foods, one delicious pasta. This is a combination of classic flavors any pasta lover will enjoy. The spinach and basil provide for the deep green color, but it is the combination of all the flavors that make the magic on your palette.
This pasta can be enhanced simply with a drizzle of our Basil Parmesan Dipping Oil, our Sundried Tomato with Harissa Oil, or even our Roasted Garlic Balsamic Dipping Oil. We would recommend you also toss in some grilled veggies, some Italian sausage, or yellowtail tuna to further compliment your meal. Enjoy!

Our pasta packages are all 12 ounces, and will serve three to four.
Nan’s pastas are all hand-crafted and made with 100% durum semolina. At the time the pasta is being made all-natural flavor elements are added to the dough – from pureed vegetables to herbs and spices. The result is delicious pasta which needs nothing more than a drizzle of olive oil or some butter to be intensely satisfying.

I stopped at Castoro Wine Cellars for a tasting. They sell a couple of your pastas in their wine tasting room so I bought your Spinach Basil Garlic Fettuccine and Sweet Potato Fettuccine.
I had roasted a whole duck two nights ago so I used some left over duck meat, my homemade duck stock, shitake and shimiji mushrooms, grape tomatoes, good extra virgin olive oil and onions I had roasted inside the duck and tossed everything with your Spinach Basil Garlic Fettuccine. Your pasta is fantastic at absorbing liquids from a sauce and retaining flavours. I will try to sound humble but it was delicious!
