Tomato Basil Fettuccine
Always one of our most popular pasta, this classic combination of ripe red tomato, sweet basil and freshly ground black pepper is simple and versatile. Even in winter it evokes the warm days of summer. Comfort food at its best, truly superb!
We enjoy adding a simple drizzle of our Basil Parmesan Dipping Oil, or our Roasted Garlic Balsamic (balsamic, basil and tomato is magical!), or our Sundried Tomato and Harissa Oil. Try tossing with tasty steamed vegetables, grilled and sliced sausage or pan-fried red snapper.

Our pasta packages are all 12 ounces, and will serve three to four.
Nan’s pastas are all hand-crafted and made with 100% durum semolina. At the time the pasta is being made all-natural flavor elements are added to the dough – from pureed vegetables to herbs and spices. The result is delicious pasta which needs nothing more than a drizzle of olive oil or some butter to be intensely satisfying.

I received some of Nan's Pasta More` as a gift. On a busy weeknight I grilled some chicken strips and some red pepper, opened a jar of Alfredo sauce and tossed it with Nan's Tomato Basil Fettuccine. Wow. I was not prepared for the difference really good pasta can make. I have never tried anything but grocery store pasta. This is so different!
My 10 year old is not a dinner lover. I made him try two bites. He declared it the best dinner I ever made and had three helpings! The next night i made a gourmet meal, he looked it over and asked, "Do you have any more of that pasta dish? That was the best thing you ever made!"
I'm going to be a regular at Nan's Gourmet.
